The Real Estate Token is the digital layer of the Auma Group ecosystem: a framework for holding fractional, transferable and transparent exposure to the real assets we develop or underwrite — with institutional governance intact.
What it is
A claim on real assets — not a currency, not a promise
RET is not a speculative coin. Each issuance is tied to a specific, underwritten real estate vehicle inside the Auma ecosystem, with the same design, delivery and governance discipline we apply to our own developments.
Its purpose is structural: to let global capital participate in institutional real estate at a sensible scale, to transfer that participation without waiting for an asset sale, and to make ownership legible on a public ledger.
Why it exists

Institutional-grade real estate has historically required seven-figure commitments, excluding capable investors who simply write smaller cheques.

RET divides a qualifying asset's economics into fractional units, lowering the entry threshold without lowering the standard of the asset.

Private property locks capital for years, with exit dictated by the sale of the whole building.

Tokenised units are transferable between eligible holders, creating a secondary route to liquidity independent of an asset sale.

Investors are typically asked to trust a promoter's deck, with reporting arriving late and selectively.

How it works
Origination
Only assets Auma Group develops or has independently underwritten are eligible.
Structuring
Each asset is held in a defined vehicle; tokens represent participation in that vehicle.
Governance
Reporting, valuation cadence and distribution policy are documented before issuance.
Eligibility
Participation is subject to jurisdictional and investor-eligibility requirements.
